"If you’re not making mistakes, then you’re not making decisions." — Catherine Cook

Today’s featured woman is  Zoey Weaver, owner of Define Your Rich, a coaching service which, helps entrepreneurs overcome their money blocks so that they can break through their come plateaus.

We asked Zoey to share a bit about what keeps her pushing and striving to #MakeItHappen!!!

  1. First, we’d like to thank you so much for being a featured guest on our blog. Tell us a little bit about your business ventures. Hello! My name is Zoey and I am a money mindset coach for women in business. I help entrepreneurs increase their income, upgrade their lives, and afford the important things. I work with women to over come their money blocks so they can create businesses they love and make money while doing it.
  2. What propelled you to venture off into entrepreneurship? I have been increasing my own income and upgrading my life since I bought my first home at 20 years old. I had so many people asking me how I could afford to work part-time, travel all over the world, own properties, and still afford to have fun doing it so I started Define Your Rich.com to help others manifest the life of their dreams. I feel like I have manifested so much into my own life that it was time to start helping others.
  3. What are three important lessons you have learned since starting out in your business(es)? 1. That everyone is afraid of success but that this is normal and there are ways to overcome this fear. 2. You need to charge more for your services. You are talented and the world needs what you have. You deserve to charge for it. 3. It is OK to be different and do things your own way - in fact, this is the only way to be successful and authentic.
  4. Have you faced any particular struggles being a woman owned business owner? I think that women in particular feel like they don't deserve to make money using their own knowledge and skills. They feel selfish and bad for charging for the things that they do. These old money blocks come from stories that we have been told since childhood and they are total BS! I personally have had to overcome many mindset blocks about being a woman in business. I feel like men never have to apologies for wanting more but as women we do. This needs to change!
  5. Tell us a little bit about your support circle; who do you rely upon for support and guidance? I have an amazing business coach who supports me and pushes me to be better. I am also part of a group of women who love and support each other's businesses. I am very opposed to competition and scarcity mindset and believe that there is enough for everyone. And if we all raise each other up we become stronger as a team and as individuals.
  6. What advice would you give other women seeking to delve into entrepreneurship? Be yourself. Embrace fear, asking for help is not a show of weakness. And take things one day at a time.
  7. Supporting other women in business is part of our mantra so tell us how can we support your business ventures? I would love to increase my visibility and authority online and to connect with female entrepreneurs who need help with their money mindset. Please feel free to contact me with anything I can help you with. You can email me at support@defineyourrich.com or by contacting me through my website at www.defineyourrich.com
